My experience with DeLand caddy was really nice. Salesman and finance director extremely helpful, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.Little rough negotiation with sales manager he had to make few phone calls to get the bank. But work out at the end of the day and we got the deal.Sales manager guy (JC) left dealer without wishing us good luck for purchasing the car. He should not take so personal. Business is business.Is only negative to point.

Best service prices for regular maintenance, $49.95 for 6 quarts of full synthetic Dexos 1 oil for my Cadillac Escalade. It is easy to schedule an appointment and my wait time was about an hour. I drive 35 miles to benefit from their services and it is worth it.
